A Federa\u00e7\u00e3o de Futebol do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Ferj) anunciou a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma comiss\u00e3o especial para investigar as circunst\u00e2ncias da morte do \u00e1rbitro Feliphe da Cunha Oliveira Cabral da Silva. Feliphe, que tinha 30 anos e era tamb\u00e9m profissional de educa\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica, faleceu ap\u00f3s um mal s\u00fabito durante um teste f\u00edsico na Vila Ol\u00edmpica Professor Manoel Jos\u00e9 Gomes Tubino, ocorrido no dia 4 de maio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ap\u00f3s sentir-se mal durante a parte final do teste, Feliphe foi prontamente socorrido e levado a um hospital, onde, infelizmente, veio a falecer cinco dias depois. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uma testemunha relatou ao jornal “O Dia” que o \u00e1rbitro caiu e levantou quest\u00f5es sobre o atendimento inicial no local do teste. A Ferj, em nota, afirmou que ele foi imediatamente assistido por uma unidade de terapia intensiva m\u00f3vel e seguiu todos os procedimentos m\u00e9dicos padr\u00e3o antes de ser transferido para uma unidade de pronto atendimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A comiss\u00e3o instaurada, denominada Comiss\u00e3o Especial de Sindic\u00e2ncia Administrativa (CESA), tem o prazo de 30 dias para elaborar um relat\u00f3rio e emitir um parecer sobre o incidente. Composta por auditores de tribunais desportivos, um procurador do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, a coordenadora m\u00e9dica do Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento M\u00f3vel de Urg\u00eancia (SAMU), o presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de \u00c1rbitros de Futebol (ANAF), Salmo Valentim, e o diretor do Departamento de Medicina e Sa\u00fade da Ferj, Emmanuel Godoi, a comiss\u00e3o tem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para analisar documentos e ouvir diversas partes envolvidas no caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os membros da comiss\u00e3o podem convocar dirigentes, m\u00e9dicos do departamento de arbitragem, \u00e1rbitros e assistentes, al\u00e9m de testemunhas para depoimentos, buscando esclarecer todas as d\u00favidas sobre os eventos que levaram ao tr\u00e1gico falecimento de Feliphe. O objetivo \u00e9 garantir uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o completa e transparente, que possa trazer respostas e poss\u00edveis medidas para prevenir futuros incidentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Ferj decretou luto oficial e expressou profundo pesar pelo falecimento do \u00e1rbitro, destacando seu compromisso \u00e9tico e dedica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 arbitragem ao longo de quase uma d\u00e9cada. A federa\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m se solidarizou com familiares, amigos e colegas de Feliphe, reconhecendo a grande perda para a comunidade esportiva.
