O Corinthians, no entanto, j\u00e1 anunciou que ir\u00e1 recorrer da decis\u00e3o judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vale destacar que a rescis\u00e3o por liminar n\u00e3o representa a vit\u00f3ria final de Mosquito no processo judicial. O m\u00e9rito do caso ainda ser\u00e1 julgado em uma audi\u00eancia futura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mosquito estava afastado do elenco desde 3 de julho, quando entrou na Justi\u00e7a para solicitar a rescis\u00e3o do contrato com o clube. O jogador alegou atraso no pagamento do Fundo de Garantia por Tempo de Servi\u00e7o (FGTS) e direitos de imagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro jogador, o atacante Arthur Sousa, tamb\u00e9m moveu uma a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial contra o Corinthians pelo mesmo motivo. No entanto, seu pedido de liminar foi indeferido. Uma audi\u00eancia envolvendo Arthur Sousa e o clube est\u00e1 marcada para o fim de agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gustavo Mosquito, de 26 anos, disputou 27 partidas nesta temporada e foi titular no cl\u00e1ssico contra o Palmeiras, no dia 1\u00ba de julho, dois dias antes de iniciar o processo de rescis\u00e3o.
