No entanto, notas foram emitidas pelo Minist\u00e9rio do Esporte e pela Autoridade Brasileira de Controle de Dopagem (ABCD), que informaram que o atacante est\u00e1 liberado para atuar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gaveanews.com\/index.php\/2024\/07\/18\/gabigol-do-flamengo-faz-cobranca-direcionada-a-globo\/\">Gabigol, do Flamengo, faz cobran\u00e7a direcionada \u00e0 Globo<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gaveanews.com\/index.php\/2024\/07\/16\/a-declaracao-do-advogado-de-gabigol-sobre-a-suspensao-do-atacante\/\">A declara\u00e7\u00e3o do advogado de Gabigol sobre a suspens\u00e3o do atacante<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-veja-o-que-diz-o-ministerio-do-esporte\">Veja o que diz o Minist\u00e9rio do Esporte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na tarde desta quinta-feira (18), o Portal Metr\u00f3poles publicou uma nota emitida pelo Minist\u00e9rio do Esporte, que diz que a <strong>\u201cdecis\u00e3o liminar do CAS se mant\u00e9m vigente desde a data em que foi emitida, em 30 de abril de 2024, sem sofrer qualquer interrup\u00e7\u00e3o ou revoga\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d. <\/strong>Ou seja, o atacante segue com efeito suspensivo v\u00e1lido e apto a atuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 na noite desta quinta-feira, a Autoridade Brasileira de Controle de Dopagem (ABCD), tamb\u00e9m emitiu um comunicado oficial sobre a situa\u00e7\u00e3o, e confirmou que Gabigol pode continuar treinando e jogando pelo Flamengo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-veja-nota-da-abcd\">Veja nota da ABCD<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;A&nbsp;Autoridade Brasileira de Controle de Dopagem(ABCD), organiza\u00e7\u00e3o nacional antidopagem, confirma que a decis\u00e3o liminar do CAS (Corte Arbitral do Esporte), no sentido levantar o per\u00edodo de suspens\u00e3o de 2 anos imposto pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a Desportiva Antidopagem (TJD-AD), est\u00e1 vigente. Logo, o referido atleta est\u00e1 apto a competir e treinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cumpre tamb\u00e9m informar que a mencionada decis\u00e3o liminar do CAS se mant\u00e9m vigente desde a data em que foi emitida, em 30 de abril de 2024, sem sofrer qualquer interrup\u00e7\u00e3o ou revoga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por fim, cumpre anotar que a ABCD n\u00e3o se pronunciar\u00e1 sobre detalhes do procedimento, pois conforme regulamento, os processos que correm perante aquela Corte s\u00e3o sigilosos.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-relembre-o-caso\">Relembre o caso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Em mar\u00e7o deste ano, Gabigol foi condenado pela Autoridade Brasileira de Controle de Dopagem a dois anos de suspens\u00e3o por tentativa de fraude em exame antidoping. A pena come\u00e7a a valer a partir da coleta do material, feita em abril de 2023, e portanto, Gabi ficaria sem poder exercer suas atividades como jogador de futebol at\u00e9 abril de 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a decis\u00e3o, a defesa de Gabigol e do Flamengo entrou com um recurso no CAS, a Corte Arbitral do Esporte, e conseguiu, por unanimidade, um efeito suspensivo, que permite ao jogador atuar normalmente at\u00e9 o julgamento final. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O julgamento de Gabigol, na Su\u00ed\u00e7a, chegou a ser marcado para o m\u00eas de junho, mas foi adiado a pedido da Uni\u00e3o Federal. Na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a (16), o &#8216;GE&#8217; informou que o CAS anulou todo o processo de Gabriel Barbosa por falha na intima\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Uni\u00e3o Federal, que n\u00e3o enviou um representante ao caso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dessa forma, o julgamento do atacante precisaria ser reiniciado e, de quebra, o efeito suspensivo do jogador seria invalidado, o deixando novamente suspenso e sem condi\u00e7\u00f5es de atuar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m das notas demonstradas acima, o advogado de Gabigol, Bichara Neto, informou que n\u00e3o houve anula\u00e7\u00e3o e que desconhecia o fato.
