Mas, j\u00e1 se passou cerca de dez anos desde a chegada do jogador e o clube n\u00e3o fez o pagamento do valor combinado com Bento. Por enquanto, quase R$ 10 milh\u00f5es chegou as contas do empres\u00e1rio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ap\u00f3s fechar em definitivo a chegada do atleta, o Corinthians iria pagar apenas R$ 6,6 milh\u00f5es ao empres\u00e1rio. Mas com o passar do tempo, esse valor foi apenas aumentando por conta de multas e corre\u00e7\u00f5es monet\u00e1rias. Dois anos depois, o Tim\u00e3o renegociou, assim fazendo um novo acordo, que j\u00e1 estava no valor de R$ 11,2 milh\u00f5es, por\u00e9m, novamente o time n\u00e3o cumpriu o acordo e n\u00e3o realizou o pagamento da d\u00edvida. Ao se passar dois anos, em 2019, o Corinthians abriu conversas para firmar um novo acordo e fazer o pagamento, que j\u00e1 estava na casa dos R$ 13,4 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De julho de 2021 at\u00e9 fevereiro de 2023, o pagamento estava acontecendo, at\u00e9 o m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o quando a quita\u00e7\u00e3o foi interrompida. Desta forma, o caso foi levado mais uma vez para a justi\u00e7a. Com um novo acordo feito em janeiro, o clube prometeu ao empres\u00e1rio que realizaria o pagamento de R$ 13,1 milh\u00f5es parcelados em 22 vezes. Mas os meses de abril, maio e junho foram atrasados. Com isso, Bento foi a justi\u00e7a para pedir o bloqueio das contas do clube, e ap\u00f3s o pedido, o Corinthians quitou a parcela atrasada referente ao m\u00eas de abril. A diretoria Corintiana tamb\u00e9m se comprometeu a realizar o pagamento dos outros dois meses atrasados nos pr\u00f3ximos quatro meses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
