A equipe foi notificada sobre a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de pagar o valor atualizado de R$ 26 milh\u00f5es, conforme a decis\u00e3o do Centro Brasileiro de Media\u00e7\u00e3o e Arbitragem (CBMA). Tentando reverter a situa\u00e7\u00e3o, o clube recorreu ao CBMA, mas n\u00e3o obteve \u00eaxito. Com a decis\u00e3o final transitada em julgado, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 mais possibilidades de apela\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caso o Santos n\u00e3o cumpra a determina\u00e7\u00e3o e pague a d\u00edvida, Uribe poder\u00e1 recorrer novamente \u00e0 CNRD e solicitar um transferban, que impediria o clube de registrar novos jogadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Santos j\u00e1 enfrentou uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o similar recentemente, como no caso do auxiliar t\u00e9cnico Lucas Ochandorena, relacionado ao ex-treinador Fabi\u00e1n Bustos. Atualmente, o clube est\u00e1 liberado para realizar novas contrata\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os representantes legais de Uribe propuseram um acordo de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es antes da senten\u00e7a definitiva, mas n\u00e3o obtiveram resposta. Agora, a d\u00edvida do clube soma R$ 26 milh\u00f5es, e o jogador foi representado por Luciano F\u00e1vere no processo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Di\u00e1rio do Peixe contactou o Santos, que afirmou estar em negocia\u00e7\u00e3o com Uribe. A disputa teve in\u00edcio em 2020, quando o jogador rescindiu seu contrato com o clube alegando atrasos nos pagamentos de sal\u00e1rios, fundo de garantia e direitos de imagem.
