A nomenclatura do cargo, \u201cdiretor de coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de futebol\u201d, segue um modelo utilizado pela Eagle Football em outros clubes da rede, como o Olympique Lyonnais (Lyon).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-formacao-e-trajetoria-profissional\">Forma\u00e7\u00e3o e trajet\u00f3ria profissional<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Natural de Minas Gerais, L\u00e9o Coelho possui uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica robusta. Ele \u00e9 formado em Direito pela PUC-MG e tem um Master em Gest\u00e3o de Hospitalidade e Administra\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, concluiu gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Gest\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica Esportiva pela Universidade do Futebol, p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Direito Desportivo e Neg\u00f3cios no Esporte, e possui um MBA em Football Industries pela University of Liverpool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sua carreira no futebol come\u00e7ou na Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Mineira de Futebol. Posteriormente, L\u00e9o teve uma passagem pelo Lyon, experi\u00eancia que antecedeu sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o no Am\u00e9rica-MG como coordenador das categorias de base, futebol feminino e neg\u00f3cios internacionais.
