O dirigente abordou diversos temas, incluindo refor\u00e7os, estrutura do clube e a recente contrata\u00e7\u00e3o do t\u00e9cnico F\u00e1bio Carille. J\u00e1 identificamos os pontos necess\u00e1rios e, respeitando nosso or\u00e7amento, estamos tentando montar um time competitivo. Conseguimos acelerar o processo com o Tch\u00ea Tch\u00ea, mas outras negocia\u00e7\u00f5es demoram mais\u201d, explicou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pedrinho tamb\u00e9m destacou a import\u00e2ncia de melhorar o centro de treinamento para atrair jogadores. Ele afirmou que, ao assumir o clube, se deparou com um cen\u00e1rio preocupante em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 estrutura e contratos n\u00e3o cumpridos. \u201cO CT \u00e9 fundamental. Alguns jogadores escolhem clubes que pagam menos, mas t\u00eam uma estrutura melhor. Me incomoda porque o Vasco merece mais, e o contrato previa melhorias que n\u00e3o foram feitas. Se olharmos friamente, podemos competir forte em algumas competi\u00e7\u00f5es.
