Na quarta-feira (5), ele admitiu o erro, pediu desculpas e afirmou que “aprendeu a li\u00e7\u00e3o”.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Eu gostaria de vir aqui publicamente e pedir desculpas. No ver\u00e3o passado, durante minhas f\u00e9rias em M\u00f4naco, eu cometi um erro e decidi dirigir depois de tomar alguns drinques em um restaurante. Eu deveria ter chamado um t\u00e1xi, mas n\u00e3o o fiz. Portanto, gostaria de pedir desculpas e assumir minha total responsabilidade pelas minhas a\u00e7\u00f5es”, escreveu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“2024 foi um ano de muitas li\u00e7\u00f5es, e eu certamente aprendi muito com essa. Em 2025, serei melhor”, completou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira (5), Depay foi sentenciado pela Justi\u00e7a de M\u00f4naco por um crime cometido no meio do ano anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ap\u00f3s ser abordado pela pol\u00edcia em 6 de agosto de 2024, \u00e0s 5h30 no hor\u00e1rio local, por dirigir de maneira arriscada, o holand\u00eas foi julgado. Ele realizou o exame de alcoolemia e tamb\u00e9m um teste de sangue, onde foi detectado 1,01mg de \u00e1lcool por litro de ar expirado, e mais de 2g de \u00e1lcool por litro de sangue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo o jornal Monaco-Matin, Depay n\u00e3o esteve presente no julgamento, seja presencialmente ou virtualmente, nem mesmo designou um advogado para acompanhar o caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em \u00faltima an\u00e1lise, o atacante do Corinthians foi sentenciado a quatro meses de deten\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de uma multa de 9 mil euros (cerca de R$ 54.104,40). Adicionalmente, o atleta n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 permiss\u00e3o para dirigir em M\u00f4naco pelo per\u00edodo de dois anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9 importante ressaltar que o magistrado imp\u00f4s uma penalidade at\u00e9 mais severa do que a solicitada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (um m\u00eas de pris\u00e3o, multa de 2 mil euros e proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de dirigir por seis meses).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
