Iniciada em novembro de 2024, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Federal contra Bruno Henrique motivou uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de busca e apreens\u00e3o. Os investigadores extra\u00edram conversas do celular de Wander, irm\u00e3o do jogador, que embasaram indiciamentos. Bruno Henrique foi indiciado pela Pol\u00edcia Federal em abril deste ano, ap\u00f3s acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de fraude esportiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Na \u00faltima quinta-feira (4), o atacante foi condenado no STJD e pegou suspens\u00e3o de 12 jogos, al\u00e9m de multa de R$ 60 mil. A decis\u00e3o ainda cabe recurso. O julgamento da 1\u00aa Comiss\u00e3o Disciplinar foi longo, come\u00e7ando \u00e0s 9 horas (hor\u00e1rio de Bras\u00edlia) e se encerrando por volta de 17h20 (hor\u00e1rio de Bras\u00edlia), com pausas durante falas de procuradores, advogados e relatores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bruno Henrique foi julgado com base em dois artigos do CBJD. Ele foi absolvido no artigo 243 (atuar deliberadamente de modo prejudicial \u00e0 equipe) e condenado no artigo 243-A (atuar de forma contr\u00e1ria \u00e0 \u00e9tica desportiva, com o fim de influenciar o resultado). Votaram pela puni\u00e7\u00e3o os auditores Alcino Guedes, William Figueiredo e Carolina Ramos, al\u00e9m do presidente Marcelo Rocha. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O caso tem origem em jogo do Brasileir\u00e3o de 2023, no Est\u00e1dio Man\u00e9 Garrincha, em Bras\u00edlia, em que o Santos venceu o Flamengo por 2 a 1. O epis\u00f3dio ocorreu nos acr\u00e9scimos do segundo tempo. Ap\u00f3s falta em Soteldo, do Santos, o atacante recebeu cart\u00e3o amarelo e, na sequ\u00eancia, foi expulso por reclamar de forma acintosa com o \u00e1rbitro Rafael Klein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo a den\u00fancia, o atacante teria informado ao irm\u00e3o que, pendurado com dois cart\u00f5es, tomaria um terceiro cart\u00e3o amarelo no jogo contra o Santos. Apostas realizadas por Wander, a esposa do atleta, uma prima e amigos levantaram suspeitas das casas de apostas, que estranharam o volume focado no cart\u00e3o do jogador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A condena\u00e7\u00e3o gerou rea\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica. O ex-jogador e comentarista Ronaldo Giovanelli acusou o tribunal de agir com \u201cdois pesos e duas medidas\u201d e de sofrer influ\u00eancia do peso da camisa do Flamengo. Ele comparou puni\u00e7\u00f5es recentes para outros atletas e questionou a proporcionalidade da pena aplicada ao atacante rubro-negro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Dois pesos, duas medidas, a camisa pesou e pesou legal na caneta a\u00ed, porque a gente viu a\u00ed o que est\u00e1 acontecendo, as pessoas que foram punidas e da forma que elas foram punidas tamb\u00e9m, e agora s\u00f3 12 jogos? Tem alguma coisa estranha a\u00ed”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em nova cr\u00edtica, ele afirmou que o tribunal ficou intimidado diante do Rubro-Negro e que isso teria resultado em puni\u00e7\u00e3o branda. A manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o refor\u00e7ou a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de favorecimento institucional ao clube no julgamento do caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
