A Libra divulgou nota rebatendo pontos da a\u00e7\u00e3o do Flamengo, e as agremia\u00e7\u00f5es aguardam medidas j\u00e1 adotadas pela entidade na Justi\u00e7a. Ainda n\u00e3o h\u00e1 nenhuma informa\u00e7\u00e3o oficialmente confirmada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internamente, a rea\u00e7\u00e3o inclui cr\u00edticas p\u00fablicas. A presidente do Palmeiras<\/a>, Leila Pereira, defendeu a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova liga sem a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do Flamengo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“A minha sugest\u00e3o seria n\u00f3s criarmos uma outra liga excluindo o Flamengo. Acho que o Flamengo deveria jogar sozinho. Nenhum clube \u00e9 maior do que o futebol brasileiro. O Palmeiras n\u00e3o joga sozinho, e o Flamengo n\u00e3o joga sozinho. S\u00f3 se ele quer jogar ele contra o sub-20 dele. Acho que seria bonito n\u00f3s formarmos uma nova liga excluindo o Flamengo, e a\u00ed o Flamengo joga com ele mesmo. Quero ver a audi\u00eancia que vai ter. Acho muito dif\u00edcil gestores com essa mentalidade. Isso n\u00e3o engrandece em absolutamente nada o futebol brasileiro”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ontem, ter\u00e7a-feira (07 de outubro), o Conselho Deliberativo do Flamengo teve uma reuni\u00e3o na sede social da G\u00e1vea para escutar o presidente Luiz Eduardo Baptista sobre a Libra. Bap discorda do modelo que reserva 30% do contrato para pagamento por audi\u00eancia. Ele tamb\u00e9m explicou aos conselheiros o andamento do processo judicial movido pelo clube.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ademais, o estatuto da Libra define divis\u00e3o de 40% igualit\u00e1rios, 30% por classifica\u00e7\u00e3o e 30% por audi\u00eancia. Na cota de audi\u00eancia, TV aberta responde por 60%, o pay-per-view por 35% e o SporTV por 5%. O Flamengo alega que a divis\u00e3o n\u00e3o foi aprovada por unanimidade e, no fim de agosto, tentou alterar o estatuto com apoio apenas do Volta Redonda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
