Por\u00e9m, nesta quarta-feira (31), o presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Ex-Funcion\u00e1rios e Credores do Grupo Itapemirim, Paulo Marcos Adame, entrou em contato com nossa p\u00e1gina e encaminhou uma nota recha\u00e7ando a possibilidade de a empresa negociar com o Mais Querido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com ele, o presidente do Grupo Itapemirim estaria faltando com a verdade em suas declara\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os lucros da empresa. Ainda de acordo com a nota emitida, o lucro real da empresa \u00e9 bem inferior ao informado por Sidnei Piva e o grupo estaria endividado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O presidente da associa\u00e7\u00e3o citou tamb\u00e9m a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de falsidade ideol\u00f3gica contra o atual mandante da Itapemirim. Ao contr\u00e1rio do que diz Sidnei Piva, o grupo apresenta diversos pedidos de fal\u00eancia por inadimpl\u00eancia pedida por credores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“O atual presidente do Grupo Itapemirim, Sidnei Piva, mente. Em primeiro lugar, o faturamento do Grupo Itapemirim em 2020 foi de R$ 176 milh\u00f5es (fonte: Relat\u00f3rio Mensal do Administrador Judicial do Grupo Itapemirim – 17\/03\/2021). Ou seja, valor muito inferior aos R$ 400 milh\u00f5es informados.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial do Grupo Itapemirim, ao contr\u00e1rio do que diz Piva, al\u00e9m de pagamentos em atraso, apresenta diversos pedidos de fal\u00eancia por inadimpl\u00eancia pedida por credores. A d\u00edvida atualizada em 2021 do Grupo Itapemirim \u00e9 de R$ 255 milh\u00f5es apenas com credores, e mais de R$ 2,2 bilh\u00f5es em tributos, inclusive as rescis\u00f5es e o FGTS dos ex-empregados do grupo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e3o v\u00e1rios, tamb\u00e9m, exig\u00eancia de destitui\u00e7\u00e3o do atual presidente, investigado pela Receita Federal por, criminosamente, possuir quatro CPFs e nomes diferentes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e3o \u00e9 eticamente nem juridicamente conceb\u00edvel que empresas com esse passivo possa cogitar patrocinar o futebol ou qualquer outra atividade, sem antes cumprir suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es legais.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
